{"id":1259,"date":"2010-03-01T10:21:15","date_gmt":"2010-03-01T18:21:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mathpirate.net\/log\/?p=1259"},"modified":"2010-03-01T10:21:15","modified_gmt":"2010-03-01T18:21:15","slug":"last-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mathpirate.net\/log\/2010\/03\/01\/last-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Last Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is the last day.\u00c2\u00a0 I have to get things working today or it&#8217;s over.<\/p>\n<p>I never got the motors to behave last night.\u00c2\u00a0 The closest I came was by telling the robot to immediately reverse the motor when it hit the target angle.\u00c2\u00a0 That seemed to stop it at the right point, but then the reverse bounced it back a ways.\u00c2\u00a0 So, the waggle is only a problem when the motor stops.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, in a game like Kaboom!, the motor doesn&#8217;t have to stop.\u00c2\u00a0 If I can work out the math to have the motor continuously tracking at variable speeds, that just might work.<\/p>\n<p>I also never got the occasional blips taken care of.\u00c2\u00a0 I was too busy with the motors to even care.\u00c2\u00a0 I should probably put the motors back how they were for now, then try to get this part sorted out, as it&#8217;s the bigger problem at the moment and will be a problem however the motors run.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is the last day.\u00c2\u00a0 I have to get things working today or it&#8217;s over.
